SKH Group's metal division wanted an intranet portal for multiple reasons. IConflux developed SKH HRMS Portal which helped them in managing every employee's details based upon plant. The system was developed in a way with provision of merger of n number of new plants. All employees' Leaves, Regularizations, Holiday calender, Approval of leaves and regularization with many approvers on single requests and based upon live attendance review of attendance to the employee was possible. Birthday, Anniversary, Work Anniversary dynamic email configuration via admin will be sent to all employees on respective special day. Configurable home screen with Banner, News, Special events. HR required graphs and reports as per filters and export functionality is add on feature. Policies of plants and document templates are also handled for easy employee support gateway.

Complicated management of 24 hours shifts, Shift Patterns and auto shift calculation with dynamic shift in time and out time as per plant, week off policies and roster management for week off and shift for any employee is also taken care under this module to calculate attendance easily and generate Payroll report.
